Plant Nanotechnology can be defined as the use of nanotechnology in order to develop clean technologies to minimize human health and the potential environmental risks. Researchers consider green chemistry as the safest possible future for advancement of nanotechnology on earth. The global market value of nanotechnology was estimated to be around $20.1 billion in 2011 and $20.7 billion in 2012. Total sales are estimated to reach more than $48.9 billion in the year 2018.
